Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As our items are perishable we cannot except return for them unless they are damaged, out of date or received incorrectly.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. You can always contact us for any return question at madre@flordemadre.co.uk.
Refunds
We try and process any refunds as quickly as possible. Monies being sent back into your account can take up to 10 working days.
Cancelled Orders
It is possible to cancel your order or subscription if it hasn’t been shipped. To do this email madre@flordemadre.co.uk. Once your email is received and confirmed, the order will be cancelled and monies returned to your account within 10 working days
